My interview process was very long. Multiple full day meetings and several presentations. Was a challenge to get through them, personality was tested and knowledge. as I was being interviewed by some of the smartest people I've met. It wasn't easy but I was happy to accept an offer when I received one. I am now a current employee. Can say as challenging as the interview process was, it really created a good work environment cuz only the best people were able to get through the process.
