The interview process consists of 5 interviews: System design, Live coding, People Management, Delivery Management and a Technical interview. During the interview process I was in constant contact with the recruiting team, which was super nice and friendly. They gave me pointers regarding each of the interviews which helped me prepare accordingly. Each of the interviews lasted an hour or so, and I found each one of them interesting, engaging and well targeted. The questions they asked were relevant and gave me the opportunity to demonstrate my skills (technical and soft). Even if I had not received an offer, I found the interview process an excellent exercise to take the time to think about ways of working, values, communication, etc. After each interview I had the opportunity to ask many questions about the company, and invariably, the answers I got were positive, optimistic and well founded. Overall, I found the experience to be challenging, but totally worth it!
