The process has 5 steps.
- Recuiter screening
- 2 Live coding interview
- System design
- Behavioral
The process is not a typical process, the type of problems and discussions that occur are more similar to problems that one encounters in daily work. So far, it is the best interview I have done. The interviewers and recruiters are very friendly, and you will sometimes feel like you are working with a colleague.

I can't tell you the questions but some advices:
- Practice leet code medium and "hard" ones
- In system design know the technologies you are using. E.g, are you using Kafka? how does Kafka scale? why is important to define a good partition key?

Interview
- Screening (discussion with the recruiter to ensure there is a match)
- First round : coding interview
- Second round : coding interview, system design, project & values (presentation of a project I worked on and where I had a major impact, followed by behavioural questions)
- Team match (team managers present their teams and projects and you choose the one you prefer)

Interview
I really appreciated the care from the recruiting team during this interview process. The recruiter made sure to check in at each step and provide feedback (which is rare to receive in this industry). I was also very impressed by the kindness of all of my interviewers and their willingness to answer all of my questions.

Interview
Le premier entretien RH se focalise sur l'experience, les motivations, le fit avec l'offre. S'en suivent deux entretiens de coding (test d'algorithmique style leetcode). Suite à ça, un entretien de system design, dont l'objectif est de tester les capacités à concevoir l'architecture technique pour répondre à un problème vague donné en début d'entretien. Puis enfin un entretien sur l'expériences et les valeurs (discussion technique sur un projet + questions comportementales). Le process est clair, le talent acquisition manager m'a donné des conseils tout au long du process pour bien préparer les entretiens.
