First impressions are everything. The staff was wearing t-shirts, jeans , shorts and flip flops. Staff walking through the lobby being loud and cursing (felt like a high school hallway). Position is apparently considered "senior". Fixing basic computer issues to network related outages and issues. Very broad expectations. Interview lasted 35 minutes. Hiring manager and then HR manager. Staff that interviewed me was polite but tough to understand. I declined to move further due to the first impression I had! They tried hard to model a Google atmosphere.

Amazing straight to the point interview process but the technical interview questions section seemed pretty underdeveloped or the questions weren't explained to me very well. Basically was asked around 5 questions on only 3 topics(which are no where near enough to encompass the entire role it seems) with the answer to most of them being where do I go to make this change in the settings. Not very difficult but you're not going to remember exactly where to go step by step without the OS right in front of you. The guy seemed like he was in a rush to get off the phone and I've had much more depth interviews for more junior roles.
