Two rounds of interviews, both conversational. One discussed some specific technologies and frameworks (programming languages, tdd, fdd, and others), the other was more focused on culture fit and personal mentality around work, learning and growth.
First a phone screening discussing job description and related experience.
A behavioral interview focused on soft skills and culture fit.
A technical interview focused on Datasite's tech stack and your related experience.
