First interview was with a recruiter, seemed very fast and she gave almost no information about the company. Seemed in a rush to get it over with. Second interview was with hiring manager--zero personality or excitement or friendliness. Asked odd questions for a role at this level.

Had 2 interviews, one with HR and one with an internal stakeholder. There was some confusion over hand offs and scheduling and the questions were very dry and straightforward. Not a lot of opportunity to share my enthusiasm or hear their enthusiasm.
