The person looked at visual appearance instead and never intended to hire to begin with. Mentioned that degree was useless within the job scope. Really bad way to turn down candidate. Could have saved everyone’s time if hiring manager mentioned everything or conducted a virtual interview instead of going on-site.

1. Interviewer was very unprofessional and rude. 2. Interviewer did not understand about the profession and details about the position, but pretended to understand. 3. Asked interviewee to do a project, exploited our knowledge and skill as free labour.
