The interview was very easy. I was recommended from a friend of a friend who was a current employee at the moment. I meet with the Vice President of the time. He was very nice and friendly. The office environment looked a little shady, but maybe because I wasn't used to the construction field office environment. I was used to low pay standards of the architecture field, therefore I was happy with their salary offer. They hired me on the spot.
