It was very straightforward - they looked over my resume and asked a few questions. It was just a few minutes long and largely entailed them going over the position and the schedule.

I went in for an interview with an Assistant Manager. It was very informal, she just asked basic interview questions. Had a second interview with the Store Manager, she got a little more into the questions however they were still general. They were the same questions they ask you on their survey when you apply online

It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.
