I was applying internally. Did initial interview with the DM, she asked a lot of questions about our statistics because I was already filling in for the position. They continue to interview others for the position. First interview was with the Store Manager, the District Manager and then they sent a select few on the be interviewed by Regional Manager by phone. After about 2 months I received the job.

Question 1
The most difficult question was from the DM. She asked me questions about things I had not been trained on. I basically was taught to open and close tills and thrown into the temporary position. I was ridiculed for not knowing things the other managers should have taught me. But the most famous question they ask is: If you have a customer come to you and complain about the bridal consultant what do you do?
