Easy process but took 2-3 average weeks to hear back from employer. They will ask you about tell me about a time but overall is a very easy interview process
I was a CSR for the alterations department. I had two interviews. First, with the alts manager. She asked customer service related questions and about my availability. Second, interview was with the Store Manager. She wanted to know if I was committed to working at the store for at least 2 years.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Austin, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
It was a very straightforward and standard interview. Lots of the questions involved previous work experience, skills, and abilities that would be relevant to the position in question. It was one on one, directly with the store manager. It’s an overall very relaxed, professional setting.

In your history, working in customer service, what is one memorable moment, where you faced a challenge and were able to succeed in resolving the issue at hand?
Simple! Manager knew what she was looking for and did not mind that I needed weekends only employment. There was only one interview since I was hired on the spot and started working 2 weeks later.
