Interview
Very long and detailed in how you are able to handle difficult situations. The questions were very Corporate HR which makes sense. Once they offered me the job they emphasized that time I requested off was not necessarily guaranteed off.

How have you incorporated customer feedback into your work before?
It was very straightforward - they looked over my resume and asked a few questions. It was just a few minutes long and largely entailed them going over the position and the schedule.

It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.
