A lot of scenario questions. Mostly pretty common sense stuff, nothing too hard. Things you don't know they have training on. They are looking for trainable people with sound decision making skills and experience with the general public.
Interview was easy, a lot of “Describe a situation when..” questions so prepare for that. It’s a customer service job so include examples where you worked well with others, better to have some scenarios ready in your head before you go like in any interview.

In the interview I was asked to describe a few different situations with customers and how I handled them (based on my previous employment history). I was asked very general questions about my interest in the position and other basic interview questions. At the end I was asked when I would be able to start since she offered me the job on the spot.
