I applied for a position with the company on Indeed and went through the interview process and was offered an position that was to start on the 20th of March. I signed all the rrequired documents to start and was told by the hiring manager the Friday before that I would have all the information for contact their IT dept to get me set up. I waited till 4:00 that afternoon and had still received no email, and sent an email to them as well as called. They leave the office at 2:15. It was not until Monday morning around 8:15 that the hiring manager called me. I declined their offer because I felt I could not trust them because if you offer someone a job and tell them you will be sending them information to start and never do is indeed unprofessional conduct
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Davis Law Firm (San Antonio, TX) in May 2014
Interview
Pretty basic interview. I met with the supervising attorney first and then the department head. We went over my resume and they asked some situational type questions. First interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was called back a week later to meet with the department head and that interview was shorter with fewer questions. Offered the position on the spot.
