Davy interview questions

Had one interview (Through a recruiter) pleasant enough, good information about the role, had a few questions myself which were answered, although I had the GALL to inquire about their salary scale at the roundup chat at the end and could see their faces turn white (why is that still such a taboo subject with some companies?!) was told that would be discussed at offer stage, which is a little late in the day and a waste of everybody's time if the salary doesn't match expectations on either side (they didn't ask my current). I don't think they've heard about pay transparency. Asked the recruiter later a little about general benefits etc, and mentioned the complete lack of any diversity information on their careers page. Was ghosted by both, never heard a word back! Stuck in the a previous era it would seem, c'mon guys this isn't the 80's any more!!

Informal, 30 min chat on teams. Asked to expand on CV, company values, why I wanted to work for Davy etc. Asked how I kept up to date about financial news.
