Interview
They give you a two hour interview window broken into three sections with short breaks given in between. Was fully remote on zoom video call.
The first portion you have to prepare a presentation “mock tutorial” of walking them through your favorite app. You screen share with the team and walk them through step by step. Afterwards several team leaders will ask you questions and interview you.
Next you chat with a higher up manager.
Then you shadow an employee via screen sharing for 15 min.
Not gonna lie a two hour interview had me stressing but once I got in the zoom call everyone’s demeanor was very friendly and casual which made it easy. I did well and got a job offer but didn’t end up taking it.

The interview process was actually shorter as it was pretty much a second and third interview rolled into one. I was able to speak with managers, shadow a potential co-worker, and it was easy-going. There was definitely a great vibe with all employees I met.

Although the company is big on culture and overall relaxed, it is important to carry yourself with confidence. Don't be afraid to reach out after the interview to check on the status of the application, that will literally be your job.
