Interview
They interview was pretty brief. I really just spoke with someone over the phone about the position and then was hired. The trouble is though that employment is based on passing tests and on the job training material. It is similar to being in a trade. After I passed all of my training and passed all of my tests I was hired. It was all very simple except for some of the material is difficult.

Submission of resume work history. Telephone interview and review of past experience/training and skills base. Other requirements include professional memberships, safety tests, drug tests, financial clearance, security clearances, computer skills and security, physical exam, references required. Knowledge of fleet and plant procedures and safety protocols.
