I was referred by a previous co-worker. The recruiter called me and asked me general database questions, nothing in detail. I was asked a lot about my past experience and what I did in my previous role, etc. In addition, I was asked about my specific experience in the past with databases as it pertained to the position they were hiring for at the time. The recruiter told me that a manager would get back to me asap and to wait for their call.
