Thank you for sharing that overall it was a positive experience for you. We have revamped our recruitment program. We now have a 15 min introductory round to better understand the skillset and fit. This is then followed by 2 Technical Rounds, one of which could be Machine Test depending on the profile applied for. We ideally aim to complete the process within 7-10 days but we do realize and respect that employees want to assess multiple employers simultaneously and hence we accommodate their schedules.
