Had interview over the phone with recruiter and then face to face interview. where i met with a manager and then her manager separately. I also had to complete a mock call since this was for their online services department

Great! Smooth process very direct and not confusing. Every step was clear, I have no complaints. Recruiting called did a short discussion followed by more formal interview and then in person interview followed.

Interview
The interview process was easy and they made sure to email instructions of how to get on to do the interview and a link you can click to get you straight to the interview. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
