Short interviewing process. Communication definitely could have been better. Questions were only pertaining to your previous roles, with little room for a relaxed and connective conversation. I had a total of 3 interviews and they were pretty long going for about 45-50 minutes each (except for first interview which was with talent acquisition).

The interview process consisted of three separate interviews, the first one being with the recruiter. You advance to another interview depending on how each one goes. I liked having the "milestone" interviews, it helped me plan and prepare for the next one and built my excitement! I like that I was able to be myself in the interviews, professionally of course. The interviewers were all very personable and easy to connect with.
