Nothing at all unexpected. In fact they tell you what the three questions will be! Just be ready to answer clearly. Brag about your sales history (if you can) and be prepared to tell them why you think you could do well working from home. Overall the entire hiring process was simple and unique. They do warn you that they get a huge amount of replies to their ad on Craigs List. Only those selected will be sent an email. They also tell you not to get your feelings hurt if you are not selected and do not receive an email. Fortunately, I got one!
