Interview
I applied online. I was contacted by HR and had a short conversation. I was invited to an in-person interview with various members of the team. I was asked to complete a list of questions via email. I was then required to take a personality test. I then had a phone interview with members of the team, including one of the owners.

They asked many questions about my resume. They also tried asking "trick" questions about digital marketing to make sure I knew enough for the role.

I was emailed by HR to schedule a 20 minute preliminary phone screening. This was then followed by in person interview with management at the company's office in Lisle. The job and training process was described in more detail

Interview
I had a phone screening with HR and was invited into the office for a second round interview with multiple Marketing Managers. Overall, it was a good experience but it seemed like I was almost over qualified but had barely any experience at that point in my career. I never was sure if they were being overly-friendly or were extremely desperate to fill the role.

They were very curious about any experience I had that was relevant to the auto industry. I had worked in insurance in the past so they had several questions about that role in particular.
