The women taking the interview was very friendly and easy to talk to, it was more of a conversation than an interview. It was a group interview and i did wait for 2 hours because i was the last one in the group to go
The interview process overall was really smooth, clear on the next steps and a decided was made very quickly. One of the best experiences I have had during the interview process
phone call 20 minutes, followed by in person group interview. phone call was general questions relatively easy. in person was more difficult as had to sell products given to you on the spot
I've interviewed twice, how formal it is seems to be based on the manager interviewing you. Had to do a phone interview before then doing an in person one in store.
