Interview
A number of questions about my personality. The first set of questions was asked by two Team Leader, whereas the second set of questions were asked by a Team Leader and another Financial Controller. The second round consists of a second interview held by a manager (in my very case, the CFO).
Video introduction, followed by face to face interview, that is arranged by their talent acquisition team. There is a pre-set perimeters for the video interview where you are asked some of the uncommon questions.

3 step, molto dettagliato sul conoscere la realtà e i numero di Dechatlon.
Il primo conoscitivo fatto in ambiente molto informale, con un manager dello store, il secondo online e il terzo a Desio.
Store più grossi e fatturato medio dello store.
