have 3 interviews from team member to team leader and then the head of HK. The process felt very natural, ask basic interview questions and experiences. They also shared the current situation internally. Got the offer in the end, however, I was not able to secure visa sponsorship from the Decathlon HR department leading to me not being able to accept the role.
