The screening interview felt quite monotonous and passive. I was not given the opportunity to introduce myself, and I was interrupted twice while speaking. Additionally, the position was advertised eight months before the company’s expected start date, which raised some doubts about whether they were genuinely ready to hire.
I was then invited to a technical interview the following day. The time was scheduled directly by the CTO without checking my availability, and there did not appear to be any flexibility regarding the proposed schedule.
The technical interview itself was actually quite positive. The interviewer was professional, and the discussion was constructive.
However, about four days later, I received a generic rejection email with no specific feedback or acknowledgment of the time and effort I had invested in the process.
