It was about 30-45 minutes of picking my brain on how I think and how I would approach the real world problems relevant to field of healthcare and finance. Definitely okay to be confused by the end of the interview but also expect to learn a lot on the spot too.

Online application followed by 1 on 1 interview. Required to submit 2 essay type answers and 1 letter of recommendation. Next step is 1 on 1 interview where you get quizzed on the essays and general behavioral questions.

Quite long (about an hour), with various people such other interns and the manager. The staff was friendly. Had some strange hypothetical interview questions that involved solving some riddles.
