Fairly easy and efficient. As long as you are confident in your current position and you are able to relate your skill set with the job you are interviewing for you will be fine

Interview
There was no phone call. Just applied online and waited to be approved and passing FBI background check. The background check however, took over 3 months to complete and the whole interview process from application submission to job acceptance took about 5-6 months.

Interview
Applied on campus, was called a few months later for a phone interview. The interview was mostly behavioral. I never had to interview in person, was offered the job a month later. Background checks take a long amount of time, just beware they can take months. Onboarding process is complex and will require a good amount of time just filling in information for background checks.
