Interview
I went in to interview at Del Frisco's Grille in Uptown Dallas, TX. We Discussed work experience, wine and liquor knowledge knowledge, as well as availability. I told them that I was unavailable Sunday mornings as I was in church and they changed their attitude. While I can't prove anything, the interview started great and then their attitude changed and they said they would call me back. I received a call from the person who interviewed me stating that "We will not be moving forward with you, you don't have any fine dining experience." I heard later that you don't need fine dining experience to work at Del Frisco's Grille and it was likely that I was turned down because I am a Christian. Again, I can't prove anything, but it appears that Del Frisco's discriminates against Christians.

Interview
It was a very professional interview. I found the GM to be very transparent about what they were looking for and asked very straight to the point questions. I was asked about experience but I was also asked how I would handle certain situations. Overall, it was a good experience. I felt positive about how things went after I left.

Great process easy going and and answered all my concerns and questions, scheduling was easy and fast. Very cool restaurant and staff was friendly overall id recommend applying and going through this process.

Walked in with a resume. Got a call couple months later. Had a 15 min interview with the manager. Very relaxed if you have previous experience in the service industry.
