3 Interviews + Psychometric Testing 1. Phone interview - basic info, job history, what you know about the company and expectations 2. Core Competencies and Values with direct manager and hiring manager from any department in the business - questions regarding your previous job history, and situational questions regarding collaboration, communication, drive for results, and learning and adapting. Need to provide demonstrable examples. 3. Two-part interview with line manager and senior leader. First part involves questions regarding planning and organisation, analysis and decision making, relating and influencing, commercial thinking and company values. Second part is a case study based on action plan for first 6 months in the role, and category management utilising data insights.
