Interview
The Interview Process took round about 4 weeks until I actually got the offer and signed it.
It was really cool to meet everyone in the company before hiring and also our Investor Carsten Maschmeyer - It was very special.

Question 1
Everything that you can ask about a person's sales career got asked - So basically what I have achieved in the past and where I see myself with the company etc.

Interview
First interview was fine, co-owner was actually really cool. Super gracious about me missing the recruiting email. Ultimately it felt like the interview process was very focused on preventing pretenders from entering the company. It was kinda stressed that people had been unauthentic in the past. My interviewer was cool with me not having a python past, which was a plus.

Question 1
There weren't really many interview questions, just a nice social fit. I took a coding challenge, which I haven't touched any of thes leetcode questions in probably 8-10 years. Needless to say i failed.
This was one of the worst interviews I have taken part in. The interviewer, also the company founder, was unapologetically 10mins late, and proceeded with a very spaced-out manner of throwing around questions he wrote down, so the whole conversation felt very forced and superficial.
