I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delinea (Santa Clara, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. I applied for the position on LinkedIn and was contacted by a corporate recruiter within a couple of days. The recruiter did a routine phone screening that asked my previous experience and how much I was making at my former job.
Following the phone screening, I was invited for an on-site interview with 3 of their sales directors and a current SDR. The interview process was about 2 hours long. Everyone I interviewed with was friendly and passionate about the company. They had just moved to a new location in Santa Clara and rapidly expanding, which was a good sign.
After the interview, I had a role playing assignment with the SDR Director where I had to call her like a lead and qualify her. Pretty standard stuff.

Question 1
What were some of your previous responsibilities as an SDR?
Talk to me about a time where you failed and used that knowledge to success another time.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Delinea (Washington, DC) in Jan 2020
Interview
Came in, the sales director asked me about my resume. The sales director asked me if I lied on my resume because I had a lot of stuff on it, but said the format was good. I had replied no because clearly I'm just a very involved student. That everything that I'm involved like my certifications is on my Linkedin :)! He seemed really friendly, he tried to be serious it was almost borderline rude.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delinea (Washington, DC) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interviewer will talk at you, I suggest saying you were on a sports team, the director interview you and for the most part you will say less then 200 words for the rest of the 45 minutes you will get talked at. Just seem attentive.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delinea (New York, NY)
Interview
Started with a call from the company recruiter to go over the process and ask some basic questions about your previous jobs. Mostly factual questions. Then I had to do a pretty long questionnaire, kind of like a personality survey. Then I did 4, 30 min interviews with 4 employees back to back. They all asked similar questions about why I wanted the job and my experience. They let me ask a bunch of questions too. Then they had me do a mock phone call as if I was an SDR with another SDR. It was actually a lot easier then I thought it would be. Was offered the job that same day and started 2 or 3 weeks later.
