Meet rider and carry out bike checks. Complete a delivery with them. Have to keep up (they go fast). Then meet again to get kit. Simple interview process. No hard questions.
Very straight forward, no issues. They take you on a quick ride around and check you are a competent cyclist. No difficult questions. Do have to pay for your own kit though.

Interview
Kantoor werd laten zien, terwijl we in groepjes rondgeleid werden, uitleg, weinig vragen hoeven beantwoorden. Instructie over hoe de app te gebruiken, we kregen jassen, tassen, etc. Prettige ervaring. We kregen toendertijd nog wel gewoon per uur betaald, weet niet hoe dat nu is.
