Deliveroo provided a wonderful interview experience from the start. The recruiting team was communicative and accommodating throughout the process. They detailed with whom you would interview, as well as what topics they would cover. The interviewers were well prepared and pleasant, gave you a good sense of the collaborative atmosphere Deliveroo has, and were transparent when answering questions about their company. During the offer stage, multiple folks including the hiring manager and recruiters were patient and took a lot of time explaining various details including the offer and immigration. I could have easily seen myself working there. Unfortunately, in the end, I had to decline the offer.
