Interview
Started with Initial screening call.
They started the conversation with giving you details on the role, company details etc
Post that they asked me questions on my current role, sourcing strategies, stakeholder management etc
Discussion went well and the recruiter mentioned that she will check the next panel's availability and get back to me with the available slots.
In just 30 minutes, i received an email which says we wont be able to continue since you don't have experience within the UK market.
The only concern which i have here is there's nothing mentioned in the JD about having experience within UK market and even the recruiter didn't spoke about this during the initial screening call.
All in all i guess they should share the proper feedback instead of just giving random reasons.
