Interview
Initially a video chat with a HR rep who will be the point of contact throughout the process, eventually a first round interview is with the hiring manager and potentially further rounds (they say in their guidelines it can be 4 more rounds of interviews?!)
The hiring manager was very junior and had only been in role for 2-3 weeks. Poor knowledge of the actual role. Meant to be interviewing for 2 roles they had but instead only 1 person turned up with no prior knowledge. Had to wait and chase for 2 weeks for any feedback. They should change their name to Deliverpoo as the culture, pay and organisation resembles that more than a kangaroo.

Lengthy process - 6 touch points in total but well communicated and personable interviewers. No real trick questions. Similar to Amazon in terms of process with a loop. Look at Deliveroo’s values online
