Delta Electronics interview questions

First round phone screen followed by a second round with the HM. Overall pretty chill experience, scheduled for a 3rd round panel next week. So far it was straightforward with no real complaints

The process kept expanding without explanation. After completing a take-home assignment and progressing through multiple interview rounds, additional sessions were added with little clarity on what the evaluation criteria were or how close the process was to a decision. The interviewer came across as indecisive throughout questions felt exploratory rather than structured, and the goalposts shifted repeatedly. After investing considerable time, all communication stopped. No outcome, no rejection, no acknowledgement.
