The owners of the DK do not know what they want. When I first started interviewing with this company last Summer (yes! Last SUMMER!) i interviewed for Director of Food and Beverage, then it was General Manager, then this past week it was Director of Food and Beverage and by the end of the interview they told me they had selected someone for that role, but would I be interested in accepting a supporting role to assist in FOH service. They quizzed me On the same questions as they did last Summer. Very frustrating.
