Back in 2014, I met with one of DPM's principals on a job and eventually he believed I'd be a good Project Engineer. I'd worked with one of the other principals on a prior job, and he had a fair opinion of me. Eventually I was set to speak with the third principal about some general work questions and situations I had been in. That essentially covered the hiring process at the time.
