I found the interview process to be horrid. Received email questions to respond to. Answered them, and did not hear back for 3-4 weeks. I assumed I was ghosted. Next, I got an email saying to make a video of myself no longer than a minute and send it to them "within 24 hours." They said they would let me know if I was moving on "within 24 hours of receiving the video." I sent my video on time and did not hear back for 2 more weeks. I gave them available times for my video interview with SDR manager, and hiring manager scheduled my video interview outside of times I was available. They did eventually fix this. Interview was simple - only one interview in process. I had a lot of questions and some of the answers I was given were red flags, so I declined the offer.
