A recruiter contacted me and we discussed the position and my work history in depth. They had me come in and interview with five people total for ten minutes each: two people who had just been promoted from the position I was interviewing for, the RGM, NSM and CEO. Each interview was brief and they basically asked the same questions each. In such a short time period you need to have good questions ready because if one person decides you don't cut it they will not have someone else interview you. The culture is great, young (mid 20's-30's) and high energy. The hours can be long and demanding, but overall the it pays off.
