Complete a case study within a time limit. You then discuss it in the interview and are asked about your background/interests. Questions geared to evaluate the depth of your knowledge on listed skills.

You get called in and walked around to meet everybody in the office to see if everyone vibes with you. After that you have a sit down interview with an upper- level and mid-level manager. They ask if you have a portfolio to show that could include case studies or any photoshop, deck making, Illustrator, or video work.
