Brief phone screen with the QC manager going over experience, skills, and goals. He tends to find you a pop quiz on certain skills you might have mentioned but overall fairly easy. If you proceed to an in-person interview then you'll be met with a team and they'll ask the typical interview questions but they're just trying to get to know you.
