The interview started off with answering a series of customer service related questions, they were all very basic, nothing was super difficult to answer. Basically how do you deal with customers in general in certain scenarios. There was time to share more about the role and questions at the end.

A phone call of 30 min . Had questions related to my work experience , java OOPS concepts, design patterns, SQL joins, multi threading and some scenario based questions. I was negotiating salary with HR and never heard back again after discussing my expectations

Interview with manager, supervisor, and HR manager alternating asking interview questions relating to customer service experience. Interview lasted about an hour and was pleasant experience. Questions were what I would expect in an interview for this job.
