Talked to someone over the phone and then met with two people in person the next week. Didn't hear anything after that. I followed up once a week after the in-person interview. Finally got a response two weeks later saying they went with another candidate. Very surprised after thinking that the interview went really well. Also confused because the job was reposted again and is still up on the website, so I'm not sure if that's the real reason or not. Didn't get any feedback as to why I was not chosen.
