Friendly, transparent, and professional conduct by all panel participants. Clear communication in the lead up to both interviews. Care was given to ensure I had everything I needed for the interviews and followed up quickly with outcome. While I wasn’t successful in obtaining this role, I asked for and received detailed feedback on how I had presented myself, what I could have done differently, and suggestions to help my future interview skills.
