Interview
It was a panel interview consisting of HR personell, Manager and Operational (Line) Manager.
There was some time given in a separate room before the interview process, so as to prepare for the interview and questions were provided before hand.

Explain a situation where you handled a difficult situation?
Describe a situation where you took an initiative and worked in a team to resolve the issue?
Demonstrate where use you used your ability to plan and prioritise task?
These were mostly skills related questions and to demonstrate how you did what you did.
