Deringer-Ney interview questions

Very long interview process, interviewed separately by 4 different people each at around 30-45 minutes, and then came back a second time for an hour with the director of engineering. Seemed disorganized and they didn't really ask any processing questions besides about procedure forms.

The interview was easy just questions about Job and past experience. In interviewed with three people the hr person the lab manager and the Vice President. They all asked the same questions
