Since Day 1, the company would like to understand the fitment of the candidate to job role on all parameters.
Once the job is applied for, an email is received for SATI assessment. This self assessment is to filled out within 5 days and post which the interview would happen to suitable candidates.
Once this process is completed, for further evaluation a sample article is requested from the candidate to check the suitability to the role. After this there would be a final round of interview.
And lasty there is reference check procedure before rolling out the offer letter.
